We provide a range of services which are designed to meet the needs of small to medium businesses. The services are in several packages offering customers a tiered range of features selected to match business needs:

Reactive Support package operates on a PAYG basis with a remote Monitoring & Management as well as Maintenance time set aside to keep systems running smoothly.

Standard Support – Unlimited Support service for the included equipment with a committed response, monitoring and maintenance as well as ITIL aligned process for asset and user changes. Ideal for companies who prefer to manage their ICT infrastructure but don’t have sufficient resources can benefit by having a fixed fee to help plan costs.

Fully Managed Support includes all the features offered in the Standard Managed package with enhanced response times, an extended support window. It’s our Top-Flight package where we take care of all IT matters. A true fully managed service.

Technology as a Service (TaaS)

Our Tech-as-a-Service (TaaS) makes it simple, quick and easy for you to acquire hardware, software and services.

It’s delivered with No Capital Costs on a fixed monthly fee, so your business has predictable costs and can optimise its IT budget and at the same time have access to the very latest technology.

We can include as much or as little infrastructure as required, even a complete systems refresh where all hardware; including PC & Laptops are replaced. We can even include the project management, installation and configurations fees.

If you want to leverage technology to improve productivity, business continuity and flexibility and at the same time combine all your IT costs into one fixed monthly fee, then this could be a great solution for you.

Every solution we provide is bespoke and therefore tailored for an exact fit for your requirement. To match your needs we will consult with you and make a plan with detailed specifications and timelines for implementation and inclusion in your ongoing support package.

Projects & Consultancy

In addition to our support packages we provide Project Management as well as Advice and Consultancy.

Our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system allows us to plan and manage projects so they come in on-time, on-budget, and on-spec. Project Phases are created along with Tasks and if needed Check Sheets with work being assigned to the Project Team as appropriate, be they internal, customer staff or external resources. By using predecessor and successor tasks as well as time spent entries with notes we can closely manage and monitor project progress.

Reports are scheduled and Gantt Charts used to provide updates and easy to view project statuses. Milestones and Deadlines are set and aligned with the budget and payment schedules. 

The projects we have completed range in size and complexity with the end game always being an ICT infrastructure that meets the needs of the business in terms of budget and operational needs. They range from new build offices, with internet provision, structured cabling installations, Computer Room fit-out, Server & Comms Racks through to complete systems refresh projects with the rollout of new PC’s, Laptops and Performance improvement work.

As Consultants, we use our extensive experience and knowledge of the ICT industry to guide clients on how best to integrating information technology into their business and how to use IT more efficiently to help reach objectives and targets. We do this by getting a clear understanding of the client requirements and partnering with the client to ensure success.
Very often our role of Consultancy is merged with the Project Management of the chosen solution and more than often result in an ongoing support partnership.
