Migrate services to Microsoft 365 -

Planning took place over several weeks. Implementation over a weekend
The initial phases of the project focused on information gathering about the existing setup, day-to-day operations, and schedules. That enabled us to form a framework for the eventual implementation that could be communicated to everyone, fine-tuned and agreed ahead of time. Although a lot of work up front, it made the eventual migration very smooth and everyone knew what to expect and when.
We created a new Microsoft 365 tenancy and set up user accounts to mirror the existing Google Workspace structure. DNS records were updated to support Microsoft services. We migrated all email and files, reset and Azure-joined all company devices, and configured mobile phones for secure access.
Throughout, we maintained close communication with the client, coordinating key actions like planned downtime and user onboarding. Our understanding of their business and people allowed us to work effectively on their behalf and deliver a seamless outcome.
Conclusion
A smooth transition, carefully planned to reduce risk and disruption, that delivered the benefits of Microsoft 365 without burdening internal teams. Detailed planning and keeping the client informed meant that everyone was able to continue operating on their return to work.
