Introducing our new Technical Support Manager
We are delighted to announce that we have strengthened our team with the appointment of Jayton Garnett as Technical Support Manager.
It has taken us quite some time to find the right person for our small tight-knit team. We needed a combination of management, interpersonal and technical skills and Jayton was the ideal candidate. He has a wealth of experience and will be heading up our support team with responsibility for delivering services to our clients and will be a vital part of our future as we grow.
Jayton will be reporting directly to Geoff Parkins, our Technical Director, and is a key member of our management team. With our increased capacity we are now much better placed to deliver improved services to our clients. In addition, we are implementing new systems to better manage our support services.
The combination of these elements means we are ideally positioned to fulfil our vision of becoming the most respected ICT support company in the UK by delivering on our commitments to customers.
